Professional boundaries in community care are breached frequently, often unknowingly or with good intentions. The NDIS code of conduct, practice standards (in particular module 2) and the NDIS workforce capability framework all govern staff conduct and management of professional boundaries. Things such as sharing personal information, accepting gifts, becoming overly invested etc. are examples. I think this is a very important matter to educate support workers on
